IT HAS COME TO OUR ATTENTION THAT SOMEONE IS RUNNING A SCAM ON CRAIGSLIST-WICHITA AND THEY ARE USING A PICTURE OF THE VILLAS AT HAMPTON LAKES TO DRAW PEOPLE IN.

While we do market our vacant Villas on the internet, WE DO NOT use CRAIGSLIST for any of that marketing. It is becoming popular among thieves to take pictures they find online; and using false pricing and availability; attempt to gain personal information and sometimes money from clients who may be looking for a place to lease.  

We have an onsite leasing manager and we are happy to set appointments to show our vacant listings. We do not have units owned by absentee owners located elsewhere, who are in charge of finding tenants for their homes. Please be very cautious of stories such as this.
