What a stunning sky we have been lucky enough to see the last few days!! It hasn't mattered if it was sunrise or sunset both have simply been breathtaking!!

Excitement is upon us!!

Its been a cold, cold January but things just keep moving along!!

Should issues arise; maintenance calls can be made as needed to the PPM offices or you can send a work order directly from the Prudentia website.
If there is ever a question from any of our lease tenants please feel free to call Jesse or myself, we don't know everything but we will certainly get you an answer.  If you are a tenant of the Villas at Hampton Lakes you can also ask Sharron Dillon any questions you may have.  As a resident of the Villas, Sharron has a wealth of knowledge and will also see that you get your answer if she doesn't have it.

For the Villas at Hampton Lakes:

Along with our monthly photo contest we also have a referral program.  If you have a friend or family member who is 55+ and think they might be an ideal fit for one of our full market Villas then when they come for a visit make sure they mention you sent them!!  If that friend or family member who mentions you sent them, is approved and leases a unit from us, you will be rewarded with a crisp $100. bill after their first months lease is paid.

The referral program is an easy way to be rewarded for simply telling people you like where you live and they might like it also!!
I love the pictures of our tenants receiving their rewards!!  Sharron captures the excitement of our resident as that extra money is given and it spells pure delight on their face!!

Joyce Hillman was our latest winner!!  Not only does she have an extra hundred dollars, she gets to have her brother nearby!!  Way to "win - win" Joyce!!

Good News for the Villas at Hampton Lakes

We want to make everyone aware that Leon will be on-site each Monday to work on the Villas Units managed by PPM.  
Leons schedule of Mondays on-site will allow all of us to better plan for non-emergency repairs to regularly be completed.
We will continue to collect the work orders and work requests, emergency items will be handled immediately as they always are. Non-emergency items will be grouped together and Leon will still call and make arrangements in advance with those tenants whose units he will be working on the upcoming Monday.  If you are not going to be home, the work will still be done, Leon will leave a card on the counter or table to let you know he was there.

Anyone wanting to participate in the gift exchange fun, please bring a gift for the drawing or gift trade.  There is a $10.00 price limit for each gift.  Also please sign up in the clubhouse so we can have an accurate count of how many will be there for dinner!!  The Property Management Company will provide the Turkey!!
Take special note!!  December 10th at 10AM anyone who wishes can go on the Winfield Christmas Shopping Tour!! It's a great way to get festive!!

IMPORTANT REMINDER:  If you are the last person to leave the clubhouse, you are to set the security alarm! 
After you have set the alarm and you go outside, make sure the door is shut tight and catches or the alarm will go off!!!
